RETURN/REFUND POLICY

You may return only new, unopened items within 3 Business days of receipt date for a full refund or a store credit. In lieu of the Covid19 Pandemic, as an effort to partake in the reduction of covid19 transmission, if you purchased any accessoriesLingeries, swimwear, bodysuits, free gifts, and or promotional, any items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

If you purchased any apparels, we cannot accept a return, or returns If the item has been opened, if the tag has been removed, the item appeared to be worn; washed and or dry clean, stained, ‌soiled, ‌‌torn, ‌‌or‌ ‌damaged‌ ‌items‌ ‌with‌ ‌scents‌ ‌of‌ ‌perfume, ‌‌deodorant, ‌smoke‌ ‌and‌ ‌other. ‌Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and it must be in the original packaging.

We only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). On all other occasions, buyers are responsible for a 15% restocking fee charged and the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks once your package has arrived at the warehouse and thoroughly inspected, however, in many cases you may receive your refund more quickly.    

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
